Dr. Leticia C. Hermosa is the President of the Philippine Nurses Association of America, Inc. She earned her BSN from Philippine Women’s University, Manila, Philippines and her Master’s and Doctorate Degrees from Boston University. She obtained her Law Degree from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts. Her previous leadership positions included Chairman of the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Social Workers, Education and Staff Specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Associate Professor of Nursing, Boston University, and Program Manager at New England Baptist Hospital. Dr. Hermosa is currently the Director of Nursing for Professional Development and Quality at Emerson Hospital. She is also practicing attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with specialty in Family Law and Non-profit Corporate Law, and a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Dr. Cuellar is a full professor at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She is the President-Elect for NAHN for the 2016-18 biennium. She serves as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Transcultural Nursing. Dr. Cuellar has been a member of the NAHN for over 10 years and has served in a variety of leadership positions for the organization. She served as a mentor for the National Coalition of Ethnic Minority Nurses Association for 4 years. Her research area is on alternative medicine and sleep disorders, specifically Restless Legs Syndrome. She is currently the Chair of the Committee on Inclusivity at the Capstone College of Nursing and serves on the Diversity and Inclusivity Committee for the American Academy of Nursing.
Dino Doliente III, MBA, BSN, RN

Mr. Doliente graduated from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. In 2005, he earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix, Columbia Campus in Maryland. Mr. Doliente began his career as an RN in New Jersey in 1995 and eventually relocated to Baltimore, Maryland. While recognizing the importance of advancing his knowledge and experience in the clinical area, he has decided to focus his expertise in the business and finance side of the healthcare industry. Mr. Doliente was previously the Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. More recently, he joined Genesis Healthcare, Inc. as the Regional Director of Finance & Reimbursement Services.
