  • Mr. Doliente graduated from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines in 1992 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. In 2005, he earned his Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix, Columbia Campus in Maryland.

     

    Mr. Doliente began his career as an RN in New Jersey in 1995 and eventually relocated to Baltimore, Maryland. While recognizing the importance of advancing his knowledge and experience in the clinical area, he has decided to focus his expertise in the business and finance side of the healthcare industry.

     

    Mr. Doliente was previously the Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. More recently, he joined Genesis Healthcare, Inc. as the Regional Director of Finance & Reimbursement Services.

     

    Aside from the Philippine Nurses Association of America, Mr. Doliente’s professional affiliation includes the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) among others.

     

    Mr. Doliente is currently the President-Elect of Philippine Nurses Association of America, 2014-2016.
